Bowie accidentally shot a little girl when he and a buddy were target shooting at age 9. Her name was Cassie. It was decided it was an accident and no charges were made. His parents wouldn't discuss it with him other than to say she didn't die. They moved to another town shortly after..Now Bowie is grown up. He goes to the local tavern one night and sees a beautiful girl sitting at a table swaying to the music and can't believe non of the guys weren't asking her to dance. So he goes over and starts talking to her. They get along great and he finally asks her to dance and she says she can't. He thinks she means she doesn't know how, but then she points to her wheelchair in the corner. He gets called away but tells her he will be back in a few minutes. As soon as he is busy, she grabs her wheelchair and leaves.
Bowie can't get Cassie off his mind. He can't understand why she left. Work took him out of town, but when he got back he went to her house and convinced her to see him. She said okay, but as friends.
Well, that idea went out the window and they soon got "close"and Bowie wanted to open her life to new things, make her happy, and he did. Things were going great and then he found out that Cassie was the girl he had shot. He didn't know how to tell her so he waited. He was afraid she would think their loving and all the things he was doing was because he thought he owed it to her, but he already loved her.
He got called out on a dangerous rescue dive and didn't have time to go tell her and couldn't reach her on the phone. While he was gone, she found a yellowed clipping of her shooting and she realized he knew who she was and if course she thought exactly what he thought she would. But when his uncle came to find her and told her Bowie was in trouble on the dive, she knew she loved him no matter what.
A very good story about how circumstances throw people together, sometimes more than once and how bad and good can sometimes lead to wonderful. A definite must read.

Welcome To My World Hell Yeah! edition by Sable Hunter The Hell Yeah! Series Contemporary Romance eBooks Reviews
At 6 years old, Cassie was shot by a young boy named Travis Malone. It was a horrific accident that left Cassie in a wheelchair. They both have endured much heartache. Travis, living with the guilt of not knowing what ever happen to the little girl, and Cassie, enduring much pain and loneliness. Call it destiny – fate – or just pure coincidence, but a chance meeting between the two of them begins their journey of healing each other. Will finding out that Bowie was the one who shot Cassie destroy their relationship or will she forgive him and allow herself to love and be loved by the man of her dreams?
This is a sexy, hot, romantic story that you won’t be able to put down! I love the Hell Yeah! series because no two stories are alike. They can each stand alone, but Sable incorporates other past characters to make you feel like you’re reading about family. This book is no exception. As with all the women in each book, Cassie is a strong woman who takes care of herself by owning her own candle making company. This is a heartwarming and sexy story about not allowing a disability to stand in the way of true happiness. That everyone deserves to find that one person who can see in them what no else can. A true love that thinks you’re perfect, just the way you are, regardless of what obstacles are put in your way. An amazing story that will leave you wanting more!
I have read every single one of Sable Hunter' s books and continue to be amazed by each one.
Bowie and Cassie' s love story is heart rending and beautiful. I read a lot of books and sometimes it seems like each story is a retelling of the same tired storyline. This is never the case with Sable' s books. This is a stand alone book, but I strongly recommend starting with the first book in the Hell Yeah series and go from there. It will not only connect the dots but give you the opportunity to really get to know the whole world and cast of characters that Sable had created. Well done as usual Sable.
Is there such a thing as a perfect man? Bowie Travis Malone is about as close as you can come. He has made mistakes in his past. Big ones. However, he's spent his life trying to atone for them, and they were just that, mistakes, not intentional. The man has a heart of gold and as big as Texas.
Cassie is brave and strong. A woman who has faced adversity but managed to not allow it to make her bitter or resentful. She accepts her life and her limitations and looks on the bright side.
Watching Travis open up her world and give her so many things she thought she'd never have was an amazing journey that brought many a tear to my eye.
The slow build to their relationship and care taken by both before engaging their hearts was realistic and heartwarming.
And the twists and turns will leave your mind reeling.
A wonderful read and definitely Welcome in MY world.
